Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our Service. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase by contacting us at support@examon.ai. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and granting a refund is at Examon's sole discretion.

The 7-day refund policy is not applicable during the two weeks leading up to major examination dates. In cases where examinations are canceled or postponed, the refund policy period may not be extended.
